Functional principle of the linear feed

Single/multi-track sorting line: One or more linear lines are used for part alignment
Grimm linear conveyors as drive
Followed by accumulation line or conveyor belt for transport of aligned parts
Design, size and scope are individually adapted to customer-specific requirements
Part stocking by hopper system
Return of incorrectly positioned parts to the stocking unit possible

Ideal for small to medium size parts by weight with calculable sorting criteria
Single/multi-track part feed possible
High capacities can be achieved
Depending on the part type, several parts variants can be fed with almost no setup effort
Suitable for subsequent air blasting or supply processes as well as for transfer to subsequent processing machines
Very flexible adaptability to customer requirements due to various designs and compact installation spaces
Particularly gentle to parts due to low fall heights
Consistent parts dosing and extension of the autonomous running time by combination with hopper system
