Characteristics of hopper systems, type BBR-i

• Prolonged autonomous feeding system running time
• Dispenses the required amount into the sorting bowl, sensitively and gently (without vibrations)
• The feeding unit's susceptibility to failure is reduced decisively by the constant charges.
• Filling volume: 10-30 liters, max. filling weight: 30 kg or 40 kg
• Smaller system dimensions possible, e.g. for automatic assembly machines
• An adjustable lateral guide prevents small parts from jamming between the transportation belt and the bulk hopper.
• Bulk hoppers in stainless steel (option) and transportation belts in food-safe versions are available.
• With cover and filling level control upon request

We offer the following accessory components which are compatible with our hopper systems of type BBR-i:

• Hopper control BB1, for belt hopper type BBR-i

• Pendulum switch PS1 for automated filling level control of bulk material in the sorting device, compact design, optical status display via LED, inductive switch without wear
• Stand, height-adjustable, with screw-on plate for the optimal placement of the hopper system
• Filling level query in the bulk hopper with a light barrier divided into two parts
• Cover over the bulk hopper made of transparent acrylic glass
